Mark Ettridge Outreach Worker

Mark Ettridge is the Director of his own company Willow Tree Training Pty Ltd and has over twenty years experience in the youth and community service field. As part of his role he provides Youth Outreach Services for Southern Shoalhaven Youth Services.

Mark believes in supporting and developing young people’s abilities to be positive contributors to their respective community, ensuring increased community capacity and the fostering of inclusive communities.

Mark is the current Chairperson of Youth Shoalhaven the lead youth advocacy body in the Shoalhaven and a regular presenter at youth conferences and forums.
